Privacy policy
The short version: this site collects as little as possible, and nothing you send me is shared or sold.
Last updated: October 2026
What this website collects
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. If you use the contact form, the details you type, which are your name, email, company, timeline and message, are sent to me so I can reply. If your browser opens your email client instead, nothing reaches this website at all.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that hosts this site records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is retained by the hosting provider for a limited period.
Cookies and local storage
There are no cookies. Your dark or light theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage under the key aac-theme. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
How your information is used
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To keep a record of work we agree to do together.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, where applicable.
Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes, and are only passed to a third party where it is necessary to deliver work you have asked for, for example a payment processor.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as legally required.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information I hold about you, and you can object to it being used. Email info@agentcrafts.dev and I'll action it, normally within a few working days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated. Because this is a small independent business rather than a large organisation, the policies here are deliberately short.
This page is written in plain language and is not legal advice. If your own jurisdiction or client contracts require different wording, have it reviewed before launch. See also the terms of service.
